Cory took Wyatt into the party while I relaxed & read a book out in the truck while Colton slept. It was kind of relaxing to be honest. When Colton woke up, he & I went in to join the party. Cory’s cousin, wife & kids (our good friends) were just leaving as Colton & I were coming in, so that was kind of a bummer to miss them but they were past their kids’ naptime & needing to be headed home, which I totally understand.
The boys had a little snack & one of Cory’s younger cousins blew bubbles out in the parking lot for them – which they LOVED & kept asking for “more”! After a few more of his cousins & their kids arrived, it was time for one last egg hunt. The boys enjoyed being on the “hunt” once again & were pretty good at final a few eggs each (along with a little bit of daddy’s help). We took their eggs inside to empty all of our “goodies”. Cory’s aunt had also made all the little kids a little goodie bag for completing the egg hunt (how sweet was that?!). The boys got some goldfish crackers, bubbles & a small balloon bunny.
