We have had such a mild, dry winter this year – after multiple record-breaking snowfalls last year, it’s kind of been a relief. Our largest snowfalls this year have not been more than 3-4 inches at a time.
On this “leap day” before March arrives, Mother Nature decided that we needed a reminder that we are still in the winter season. Between last night & this morning, we have received 6+ inches of wet, heavy snow! The snow continues & we are expected to get another 1-3 inches during the day today. The roads were awful this morning but we all made it to work/daycare safely!
The forecasted temps are fairly warm in the 5 day forecast, so I’m sure the snow won’t stick around very long – but maybe long enough to let the boys enjoy it & give them another sled ride.
