The boys received their first sled from Santa Clause for Christmas but we just haven’t had enough snow for them to try it out or it’s been too cold outside right after a fresh snowfall to take them outside. The week before Valentine’s Day we finally had the perfect combination – enough snow left for the sled to glide on & warmer temps to make playing outside bearable.
The boys LOVE being outside! That afternoon they truly enjoyed their first sled ride along with shoveling (they just LOVE those shovels!) & a mini-snow-ball-throwing-fest.
