Valentine’s Treats for Daycare friends

I found the inspiration for the boys’ Valentine’s for their daycare friends on Pinterest (my new favorite online time-waster!).

I started out with these easy-to-buy supplies. (I bought the clear cellophane bags & ribbon at Michaels. I also have a bunch of the bags left for future projects!) I made up the “tags” ahead of time using brown card stock paper I already had at home & a white marker.

For each bag, I filled it about half-way with the snacks and then tied the top off with ribbon. The ribbon was tied in a double knot – once before stringing on the tag & once after, to hold it in place.

This was a really easy project that was fun & turned out super cute!
