Wyatt & Colton are growing and learning so much lately – it amazes me!
Here are the changes that this week has brought us:
- Wyatt started getting up on his hands & knees and rocking back & forth. Cory saw him do this last week but he really stared to do this more & more over the weekend at my parents’ house. “Real” crawling may not be very far off!
- Colton has started to reject rice cereal at dinner time. He will still eat the veggies just plain but starts crying after taking a few bites of the rice cereal/veggie mixture I’ve been making them for dinner since they started eating vegetables. He does however still like eating his oatmeal cereal/fruit mixture he gets at lunch. Weird.
- Both of the boys have started to wake up early again somewhere between 4:45 – 5:15 AM. They previously had been sleeping until 6-6:30 AM. I can get them to relax in their cribs for a little while after they wake up by playing their Fisher-Price Soothe & Glow Seahorse (they LOVE these!) but that only lasts so long. I can only hope this is just a phase that they’re going through or maybe they’ll at least sleep in for us a little bit this weekend.
